For purpose of this ticketing agreement and terms of service, we will refer to Ticket Purchaser as “Purchaser, “ and North Pole Texas Event Producer as “Producer.”

1. Purchaser understands that North Pole Texas is a Holiday event hosted at the Hilton Anatole Hotel. North Pole Texas is not a work product of Hilton Hotel or its affiliates. All concerns regarding this event should be directed to the event producer, LTDM Entertainment, located at 3200 Mississippi Ave , Fort Worth, Texas, 76107.
2. Purchaser understands this is an inside holiday themed festival.
3. Purchaser understands North Pole Texas is a timed-entry event. Guests of event should plan to enter event within 1 hour of ticket time slot selected.
4. Children under age 18 must be accompanied by an adult of age 18 years or older.
5. The event is specifically designed for children who still ‘Believe.’ The activities and shows cater to children 4 years to 12 years of age.
6. Purchaser understands that Producer does not issue refunds to the event unless the event is cancelled due to severe or inclement weather conditions. If a purchaser wishes to attend another day due to inclement weather, they may do so provided available dates are open and available from Producer.
7. Purchaser agrees that refunds are granted for weather related closures of park that last more than 2 hours.
8. Purchaser agrees that refunds may be granted for ticket holders who purchase ticket insurance.
9. This is a timed entry event. Purchaser understands that their ticket is valid for the date and entry time selected. It is the sole discretion of Producer to permit tickets to be used at other times.
10.Tickets are good for the 2022 Holiday operating season.
11. No outside food and drink, including alcohol. Purchases made at Hilton Hotel food outlets are allowed into event.
12.Purchaser agrees and understands that unsavory behavior around children is detrimental to the safety and harmony of this event and such behavior will result in the prompt ejection of any person demonstrating such from the event and no refunds issued.
13.Alcohol may only be consumed by persons of legal age and under the guidelines of the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission.
14. Tickets are non-transferrable.
15. No animals are allowed at event unless legally permitted as Therapy or Sight/Sound Sensory service animal.
16. No skates, wheeled toys including shoes, skateboards, bikes or other wheeled device allowed unless such is a mobility access device.
17. Baby strollers are allowed in event.
18. Producer is not connected or has any influence over any parking service or fees assessed.
